About Us
IMIL - Israel Med Innovation Lab
IMIL - Israel Med Innovation Lab is a knowledge center dedicated to innovation in applied research.
The center was established through the initiative and funding of the Israeli Ministry of Innovation, Science and Technology and is operated through a collaboration between Ichilov Hospital and Tel-Hai University, formerly Tel-Hai Academic College and the MIGAL Research Institute.
As part of its activities, the center offers professional development courses, ideation programs, and training in innovation, research, and entrepreneurship. These programs are designed for clinical staff, researchers, and academics, with a particular focus on mental health, psychiatry, rehabilitation, geriatrics, and neuroscience.
The programs combine practical and theoretical learning, site visits, professional meetings, and seminars that bring together clinicians, researchers, entrepreneurs, and industry representatives. Their aim is to foster HealthTech entrepreneurship and applied research emerging from hospitals and academic institutions.
